Caspian Advisory Services is led by Bunmi Oduba, a solicitor whose experience goes beyond advising on legal matters — she has been directly involved in building them. In 2018, she was part of the team that established BetKing in Nigeria, setting up its legal and compliance function from the ground up. In 2021, she supported the establishment of GTBet, from corporate setup through regulatory approvals and operational readiness.

That background shapes how we work. We understand what it takes to build a regulatory framework, negotiate a commercial agreement, or structure a company for the Nigerian market — because we have done it, not just advised on it.

No. Our legal practice is independent of our real estate work. We advise individuals and businesses on contracts, disputes, corporate matters, and general legal questions — none of which need to involve property at all. If you have a legal issue, reach out and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
Yes, always. Every property we list goes through a title search before we present it to anyone. We check ownership history, flag any encumbrances, and verify documents — C of O, Governor's Consent, and so on. This is one area where having a solicitor as your realtor makes a real difference.
Yes. Our legal services are available on a standalone basis — you don't have to buy through us to use them. We can run a title search, review your contract, handle conveyancing, or advise on any legal aspect of a transaction you found independently.
We are based in Lagos and have strong coverage across Lekki, Ikoyi, Victoria Island, and Ajah. That said, we work with clients on property and legal matters in Abuja, Port Harcourt, Calabar, and other Nigerian cities. If you have a location in mind, just let us know and we'll tell you honestly whether we can assist.
As a buyer you'll need valid government-issued ID and proof of funds. On completion you will receive a contract of sale, deed of assignment, and the relevant title documents. We prepare and review all of this in-house and walk you through each document before you sign anything.
